story.one collects and processes the following customer data:

• Salutation

• Pseudonym
• Place of residence
• Date of birth
• Profile picture
• Biography
• Bank details 

Data processing is carried out in fulfilment of contractual and pre-contractual obligations in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b DSGVO as well as to safeguard a legitimate interest of story.one in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f DSGVO, in particular in the case of advertising measures such as newsletters. Data shall not be passed on to third parties, except to vicarious agents for contractually agreed purposes. The Customer's data shall be stored by story.one for the entire contract period and deleted 3 years after the end of the contract. The Customer is entitled to the legal rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data transferability and objection of the data stored by story.one: 

Right to information 

The customer has the right to obtain confirmation of the personal data concerning the customer that is being processed. He/she has the right to be informed about the purposes for which his/her data are processed, the categories of personal data processed, the recipients or categories of recipients of the personal data, the duration for which the data are stored

Right of rectification and cancellation

The customer can demand at any time that incorrect data be corrected immediately. He may also demand that data which is no longer necessary for the performance of the contract be deleted immediately, unless there is a legal reason to the contrary, for which story.one would be obligated to retain it.

Right to restrict processing

The customer has the right to demand the restriction of the processing if one of the conditions of article 18 DSGVO is given. 

Right to data transferability

Customer has the right to receive the personal data concerning him/her provided by story.one in a structured, common and machine-readable format and the right to transfer this data to a third-party company without hindrance by story.one.

Right of withdrawal

The customer can revoke all consents for data processing which are not necessary for the performance of the contract and the fulfilment of legal obligations at any time free of charge and without stating reasons or limit them to certain contact channels.

Objection according to article 21 DSGVO

The Customer has the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning him/her in accordance with Art. 21, para. 1 of the DPA. For the duration of this examination, the Customer may exercise his right to limit the processing in accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO. This means, for example, that the data will no longer be processed for the time of the examination.
